Fixwell Appliance Repair

Privacy policy

Last updated October 24, 2026

This policy explains what Fixwell Appliance Repair ("Fixwell Appliance Repair", "we") collects through this website and phone number, and what happens to it. Fixwell Appliance Repair is a referral service that connects people with independent appliance repair technicians.

Site operator: Muhammad Nadeem. Effective date: October 24, 2026.

Information we collect

  • Phone calls. Your phone number, the time and length of the call and which page number you dialed. Calls may be recorded and are handled through a call-tracking provider.
  • Usage data. Pages viewed, the referring site or advertisement, campaign tags in the URL, approximate device type, and general location derived from your network address.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

How it is used and shared

  • To connect you with a provider. Call details are shared with an independent appliance repair technician serving your area, and with the call-routing vendors that deliver the call.
  • To run and improve the site. Usage data shows which pages are useful and whether calls reach a provider.
  • To comply with law and to protect against fraud or misuse.

Fixwell Appliance Repair may be compensated by the technician for a forwarded call. We do not sell your information to unrelated marketers. Once your details reach an appliance service company, that company's own privacy practices apply to what it does with them.

Cookies and analytics

The site stores a small record in your browser of how you arrived (for example, a campaign tag) for up to 30 days, so a call can be attributed to its source. If analytics or advertising tags are enabled, those providers may set their own cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, and the site will still work.

Calls and text messages

This site has no forms and does not ask for your phone number. If you call, the technician you speak with will have the number you called from and may call you back about your job. You can tell that company to stop contacting you at any time.

Retention

Call records are kept for as long as needed to route them, measure performance and meet legal obligations, and are then deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You may ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, through the contact page. Residents of some states, including California, have additional rights under state law, and we will honor verified requests as that law requires.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will change with it. Use of the site is also governed by the terms of service.
